A relatively new form of yoga called Mindful Yoga, applies traditional Buddhist mindfulness teachings to the physical practice of yoga, offering even deeper insights into the mind and a truly life-changing approach to your practice.

We can do this by avoiding toxic relationships and situations, and by making a decision to set boundaries that protect our peace of mind, monitoring what information we consume through various media outlets, such as television or social media platforms, engaging in activities that bring joy into our lives, connecting with supportive people who understand and encourage us on our journey towards self-improvement. We’ll discuss this in further detail later.

We all have energy around us, some people call it the aura.

Everything is energy, even our words hold energy. Studies have constantly shown how plants can die if you talk negatively to them and can flourish if you speak positively to them. Even talking to yourself positively has a great impact on you by making you feel more confident and happy and pursuing your work with the same demeanor.

We’re always emitting energy based on what we think. Think of your favorite teacher who changed your life. Chances are her energy was so lovely because she genuinely wanted to help you out of love. That led you to look up to her and love her back which is why you’d always remember her.

Conclusion

You carry energy around you that is constantly formed by what you give and what you receive. You have control over both of them, so why not exercise it?

You can do this by:

  • Eliminating sources of subconscious negativity
  • Consciously emitting positivity
  • Closing your doors to what no longer serves you
  • Practicing awareness to build a better inner and outer environment

This will help you protect and develop your energies for good so you can feel happier, positive, and more energetic and be flourished with good thoughts.

It will also help you deal with the tough times better as you’ll be in a better place to deal with your emotions if your energy is not constantly drained or exposed to negativity.
